Prnting order tickets - some items cut off if goes to second page

Hi All!

We sell online only. We get the orders from the square dashboard and print them for fulfillment. The problem is, often a single line item will be cut out - it doesn't print on the bottom of the page or at the top of a subsequent page!

Does anyone else experience this?

Also, when trying to print a packing slip, nothing happens.
I'm pretty computer savvy, and can usually solve problems by adjusting margins, print size, etc... but nothing works. The problem looks to be with square 😕

I am sorry the orders are printing funky! I just want to confirm are you printing orders directly from the Dashboard? Also, what kind of printer are you using? What is the brand and model?

Yes, directly from the dashboard on 8 1/2 x 11 sheets using a Brother printer.

And also tried from a different computer and printer and get the same results.
