You can make an item with inventory tracking where the price is zero. You could then make a "customer" account that is actually your shop, and "charge" yourself every time you open a box of stir sticks or whatever. (Not sure if 'steer' sticks are also a thing?)

I'm not sure if there's a better way to do it but that's one option.
