I received a credit card payment from a US based customer in US funds, but I just got the base payment and not the exchange rate. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hey @Bclautorescue20!

Could you elaborate on this? You should be receiving the full amount but your customer will be charged in CAD if you have a Canadian Square account. This means the customer will be charged any exchange rates by their bank.

Hope this helps, if it does, please mark it as best answer to help others in the future.
