      <title>Can't process refund although it was for a purchase today</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just had a customer and she tapped the wrong card, so I tried to issue her a refund at the square stand, but it failed with a message "update required &lt;SPAN&gt;Interac 2860"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is the first time I've seen this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;message. I updated my Square for retail app immediately while she waited and it STILL came back with the same message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now what??&lt;/P&gt;</description>
