Search for Purchase Orders by Item Name

Is there a way to search for a PO based on an item in the PO?

In my business, it is common for me to get items from POs in different shipments, sometimes months apart. And when the orders come, they may have items from multiple POs. I often have many POs that are partially received.

Because there are items from many POs, the packing slip from the vendor doesn't indicate which POs they were part of.

Is there any reasonable way to do this? Right now I am literally opening up every single PO to try to figure out which PO the item was part of so I can receive it.
