I have members complaining that they haven't been able to process payments all day today.

We are currently not experiencing any outages or reported service disruptions at this time. Where are members trying to process payments?

Thanks but I've just checked and we had four sales processed after 2:15 pm today. No word from Square Up, but the system is working. I've communicated with the people who's purchases were not processed.
