Refunds with Debit.

Hi, I'm new to this forum. I can't seem to be able to do a refund unless its with a CC. I'm told this is because we are in Canada. Anyone else have issues with returns?

Can you please clarify what you mean by this? I'm not familiar with any rule that would prevent you from processing a debit to a credit card only.

YES. So many issues. I can't refund any debits at all. I'm on the line with them right now and they're telling me it's my issue, not theirs.

It's not processing a debit to a credit card, it's refunding a purchase that was done with a debit card.

I am waiting for a call back whether or not they will escalate this to the engineering team after they sent me new readers and the same issue arises. Was there a resolution for you?
