      <title>Stop loyalty texts</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a few customers that have texted STOP to opt out of the loyalty texts repeatedly and nothing has happened. Do we have to manually remove them? Can you be a part of the loyalty program and not get the texts? Or if they don't want texts they cant be a part of it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
