Tax invoice for Square services

We receive on the fist of each month, monthly a "Tax invoice for Square services" by email we have lost one and cannot find them available in our account. Any one know where I can get one or some where to contact someone that might send a copy?

I noticed this is your first post! Welcome to the Community!

I am a little confused about the title you mentioned, as it sounds like it could either be taxes on the fees we charge to process transactions or an invoice for a monthly subscription you have with us. I'll leave you with instructions on how to access either of those, but please let me know if you are looking for something different (and attach a screenshot if you can, just make sure you remove your personal information first).

To see a report of the fees we've charged you and any taxes associated with them:

From your Dashboard, visit Reports.
On the left, select Fees.
Make sure to select the dates you need on the report.
In the Metrics options, check the box for Taxes on fees.

This will generate a report that will include any taxes that were charged on the fees you pay to Square for processing your payments.

To find past invoices for any monthly subscriptions you have with Square:

From your dashboard, you'll want to access you Account & Settings page first.
On the left, select Pricing & Subscriptions.
Scroll down to Monthly Summaries.
Once you locate the month you need an invoice for, click the three dots on the right for these options:
- View summary
- Resend Invoice
- Download PDF

Either the Resend Invoice or Download PDF options will allow you to see a PDF of your invoice, it's just a matter of preference between wanting the history in your email or downloading a file to your computer.

You have answered the question thanks. Square sends the invoice monthly by email to us. It is described both in email and on the header of the invoice as Tax Invoice for Square Service . It is a in my opinion an Invoice for Square monthly cost that is required to charge GST in our case. But I was trying to be in my question consistent with the terms of an alien supplier. i tried to upload copy of the Header but I don't have permission to do that here.

"You do not have permission to upload images" the message you get when trying to upload
