i run an online business with square and would like to have an open box as an option how do i get this option or is it an upgrade?

@KreativeKK, just to make sure I understand, you would like your customers to add to an order that has already been placed and is processing? If so, this would be a feature request. It's not something we currently offer unfortunately but it is a great idea so I would definitely suggest submitting a request on our Square Online Ideate board so that our product team can have it in mind for future updates.
