Square Retail - Offline transactions

Hi All,

When I create an order on the FREE square retail app on an Ipad the transaction is showing as offline transaction.

However when I process a transaction normal by not making it an order the transactions works.

any ideas?

Hi @Ash176 - thanks for your post and apologies for the delayed response.

I will need to try to replicate this myself on my end to figure this out - could you share a screen of where it's saying offline transaction - that will help me do some testing.
