Hi there, I would like to confirm whether I need to pay the subscription for Retail Plus per location? We have 4 locations setup however I only need the "inventory report" and COGS data for one location, being a uniform shop. The other locations are setup as a school tuckshop and and another location being fundraising activity. Could anyone suggest a more cost effective solution so that we only have to pay the one subscription per month here? We are a not for profit association also. Thanks!!

I should say that our sales exceed $250,000pa so was wondering whether we could obtain custom pricing and just pay for 1 location as retail plus purely for the inventory management.

And sorry to clarify hereby labels I mean labels for orders on a daily basis which we would then put onto food paper packaging for collection at the school tuckshop. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in with these questions about Square for Retail! I've merged your posts to this thread to answer these questions in one place.

Square subscriptions are applied to all locations, so you wouldn't be able to select that only your uniform shop would operate on Square for Retail. The workaround here would be to create a new Square account with a single location for the uniform shop. Our sales team can help with custom rates. Reach out here when you get a chance, and the team would be happy to take a look at your account and discuss pricing and subscriptions. They'll also be able to advise on the best solution for your particular set up!

In regards to labels, and Square for Retail, I'm wondering whether you'd like to print labels for orders e.g a sticky label showing a tuckshop food order, or labels for scanning, e.g for staff to scan in items, instead of manually selecting them. Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Regards labels - it was to print out sticky labels to put on packaging for food orders for collection. Do we need a specific printer to do this from Square?

@BalmoralPnC Sticky label creation is not currently available through Square in Australia. This may change in the future, but we don't have an ETA to share at the moment!
