      <description>&lt;P&gt;Basically yes however, there are several things to consider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Square's hardware (Magstripe Reader and/or Contactless and Chip Reader) can be used on different smart devices. &amp;nbsp; If using Bluetooth (Contactless and Chip Reader), it must be disconnected from the current device before connecting to the new device (so you can swap readers).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that the people who are helping you have &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/compatibility" target="_self"&gt;compatible devices&lt;/A&gt; and their devices have the latest operating version installed before downloading and installing Square's POS App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're OK with those people using your Square Account Password, that's fine however, understand that they will have FULL ACCESS to your Square Account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A better option is to use &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8356-add-and-manage-team-members" target="_self"&gt;Square's Team&lt;/A&gt; setup whereas you can assign permissions (access to what you want them to see or do) - you can setup a &lt;EM&gt;generic user&lt;/EM&gt; instead of several different users (that makes it easier for you to manage).&amp;nbsp; For the generic user, recommend setting up a Gmail Account and Password - then each person can use the same login.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also consider what method you're going to use accepting Credit Cards - just Swipe or Contactless and Chip.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Best to do Contactless and Chip as if you only do Swipe (Magstripe), there's something called the Liability Shift - you may want to read &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/the-bottom-line/operating-your-business/liability-shift" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; As a last option, you can always to manual key in entries (doing so just costs a few cents more).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phones can be configured to accept Contactless Payments (Tap to Pay) without the need for any additional hardware - &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/7786-get-started-with-tap-to-pay-on-iphone" target="_self"&gt;iPhone&lt;/A&gt; - &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/payments/tap-to-pay-android" target="_self"&gt;Android&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Note, this method works great but, should not be your "only" method.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; From personal experience, we learned that Square's &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/hardware/contactless-chip-reader" target="_self"&gt;Contactless and Chip Reader&lt;/A&gt; has been our most dependable method.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again, just some things to consider as how you want to proceed as you want the best experience for both your people and your customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/687735"&gt;@DRep&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think the best way to do this is to create Device Codes for each person.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Then instead of the Person signing into your account with your information they just use a Device Code.&amp;nbsp; Then all payments would go directly to your account.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is how to setup Device codes :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8339-set-up-device-codes" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;8339-set-up-device-codes&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then to make sure users do not see all your business information like Bank Account infor or be able to transfer funds etc Iwould setup Device Profiles.&amp;nbsp; You can learn more about that here :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/8114-create-and-manage-device-profiles" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;8114-create-and-manage-device-profiles&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But in general yes if a person downloads the Square app you can use any of the card readers for the account the person log in for.&amp;nbsp; Meaning if I had my own business and then also did a Yard Sale on a weekend, I would need 2 Square accounts (Store and Personal) but could use my Stores readers to accept payments on my personal account on my personal phone with a Square app and a different account login or password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
