&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;I can still see notes in transactions from the Square app in iOS and also from the Dashboard (using Google Chrome as the browser), but it is possible the device or software you are using does not support this feature.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Making sure both your app and operating system (if you are using a mobile device) or your web browser (if navigating using a computer) are updated can help resolve issues like this one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>How to view notes on previous transaction?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Previously, when I added notes to a sales transaction I could go back and view them in my transactions tabs. I always used this for custom orders and have not had an issue until recently. Now I cannot locate my notes anywhere. Did they move, or is there some other way I can hunt down my note to complete an order?? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
