      <description>&lt;P&gt;The ongoing changes to the POS and settings have changed the way orders are printed at the POS.&amp;nbsp; We previously had orders print immediately so our team could remove stock from shelves as quickly as possible.&amp;nbsp; During the week this stopped and now the POS requires a touch on the screen to print dockets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This help file&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7601-print-order-tickets-with-square-for-retail" target="_blank"&gt;https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7601-print-order-tickets-with-square-for-retail&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;is simply wrong and from reading it, I think it has been out of date for a year.&amp;nbsp; Other help files are similarly wrong but there is little or no obvious version control or management.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do we:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. get orders to print immediately&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. understand square version control&lt;/P&gt;</description>
