In checking our &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/au/en/compatibility/accessories/scales" target="_self"&gt;Square Accessories page for Australia&lt;/A&gt;, I can confirm that the CAS PD-2 is compatible with the Square Stand (1st and 2nd generation) in Australia. However, it’s not supported when connected to iOS devices using a Square Reader. While I didn’t find any mention of the CAS SW-RS on the Australian accessories list, the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/us/en/compatibility/accessories/scales" target="_self"&gt;US Accessories page&lt;/A&gt; does show it as a compatible scale with Square Stand. That said, compatibility can vary by region, so it’s best to confirm with our Support Team whether the CAS SW-RS is supported for use with Square hardware in Australia.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It’s also important to note that you can only connect one scale to your Point of Sale app at a time.       <title>Unable to connect scale to Square</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 scales&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CAS SW-RS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CAS PD-II&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both of them are not recognized in Square. It gives a message that the USB device is not protected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a SQUARE STAND 1st generation, and according to the documentation this is supported for the CAS scales.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its been really frustrating not being able to get it to work. Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
