How to request a thermal printer to be added to KDS

We are currently using Square KDS for our kitchen orders, and using a compatible EPSON U220 to print dockets for completed items. These dockets print on the waiters side of the kitchen pass which serves a few purposes:

i. The docket printing serves as the 'ready!' bell.

ii. The docket contains the items, and table number which the waiters use to deliver to the table without the need to communicate with the chefs.

How would we go about having thermal printers, in our case the Epson TM-82III to be compatible with Square KDS? Currently only the old style duplicate docket printers are available.
