I'm opening a bottle shop & bar. Have used Square 3 times before in other businesses. A few years ago I was bugging Square to implement a way so when you sell a bottle of wine, or 5 glasses of wine, either comes off the initial stock recorded. I read somewhere this has happened. Can't find again.

1. Where is this information?

I'm going to sell wine and beers online as well. Friends use Shopify for retail and hospitality.

2. If I use Shopify, and sync with Square, (I want to use Square in store.) Do the stock inventory sync? Example if I entered 12 bottles of wine into Shopify. Sold 4 bottles on line, 3 bottles in store, and 5 glasses, will I end up with - 4 Bottles in stock in either Square or Shopify. (I suppose Shopify is the main one)

I set up an online store with Square a few years ago. The design from memory was a little basic.

3. Can anyone recommend some sites using Square online? So I can have a look.

A lot of the good suppliers seem to be using Shopify? Yes, No?

The bottom line is, I'd love to use one platform.

4. Can I sell online, in store, in the bar and it all comes off one inventory.
