Does anyone know if it is possible to display an order number on a TV/Screen/iPad when a customer order is ready?+

Let's say the customer scanned a QR code placed on one of the restaurant tables and displayed on a big screen when that order is ready for pick up.

Currently, the Square Online QR Code ordering system doesn't include the ability to display order status updates on a digital display for customers. Your customers will receive an SMS notification once their order is ready for pickup.

I had a quick search via the Square App Marketplace to see if any of our current partnerships offer a similar feature but was unable to find anything. The only order display options we currently offer are targeted towards internal, back-of-house comms through tools like Square KDS.

Hi Grazy,

I wrote an API that access the Online Order database and search for order status “Ready”. Then it displays on a custom webpage and mirrors to a TV.

I wanted to provide an update!

Currently, the Orda integration is available only to Square Sellers in the US and CA. For Square Sellers in AU, I recommend exploring the Flash Order integration. They offer features like order confirmation screens for drive-thru and may also support setting up customer order screens for takeaway businesses.

When I visited your website, I noticed four tabs labeled 'Philosophy,' 'Features,' 'Hardware,' and 'Contact.' However, clicking on any of these tabs displays a message that reads 'No Such Website.' The only functional element is a 'Get A Demo' button that covers most of the page, and selecting it prompts me to provide contact information. This raises concerns about your site's legitimacy and discourages me from doing business with you. Please consider updating your website so that these tabs link to actual content rather than relying on a single button that seems focused solely on collecting contact details to be used for marketing or pushing for a sale.

I'm looking for a way to display to customers when an order is ready, preferably though a large screen such as a tv or large tablet.

FreshKDS have this feature.

You have to have a Amazon Firestick in your tv and at least one screen running their FreshKDS.

We use it and have a screen customer display inside the shop and one in the front window.
