Can I print duplicate dockets for the kitchen

Hi there

is it possible to print duplicate dockets for new orders in the kitchen? As 2 dockets are required per order (one for hot, one for cold)

Hi @Chipperchris ,

If you want duplicate dockets from different printers then just make sure they both include the appropriate categories.

If you want duplicate dockets from the same printer then add it twice to the system. As far as square is concerned it will treat them like 2 different printers so if you include your kitchen categorie(s) in both instances then you'll get 2 dockets.

Better still, if you can separate your cold/hot into 2 different categories and assign one to each instance then the separate dockets will only include their part of the the order.
