Total sales tax higher than 10%

Hello,

The total sales tax on the daily sales report is higher than the 10% GST rate. Would anyone have an idea what set-up error could be causing that, please?

Hi @Coffee_Kick

You wouldn’t perhaps be looking at the GST total for all transactions including cash then comparing that to the deposited balance or square payment balance?

If not, Perhaps post some numbers and where you found them, then maybe we can come up with an explanation
