&lt;OL data-aura-rendered-by="373:5708;a"&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check to make sure you’re using the most recent version of the Restaurants app and KDS app.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check that the Android OS (software) is up to date on your device.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart the Square KDS app.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Delete the app and reinstall it on your Samsung device.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
