Hi, I was wondering if we can enable the categories to show on the kitchen dockets and print by the categories for example

Currently, Square doesn't have a feature that prints the actual category names as headers on order tickets. However, you can print your kitchen tickets by categories:

You can set up multiple printer profiles to send different item categories to specific printers. This way, your kitchen staff can receive separate tickets for different types of items:

Go to ≡ More > Settings > Hardware > Printers > Profiles.
Select or create a printer profile.
Under In-person order tickets or Online and kiosk order tickets, tap Categories to print.
Select specific categories (like "Entree," "Mains," or "Desserts") for each printer profile.

For example, you could have one printer for Entrees, another for Mains, and another for Desserts.
