    <description>&lt;P&gt;I posted this issue a while ago but I can't access the post. It is in my post history. Maybe it was deleted?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyway... my issue is this:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The "Ticket" field doesn't display when viewing tickets online through "Transactions". It actually does display intermittantly, but not consistently. It prints on the receipts, but not when viewing the orders. I have seen other posts where users have had the same problem with the "Notes" field.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is important for us as valuable information is in the "Ticket Name" (customer names, table #, employee name who ordered employee meals).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is on Square for Restaurants.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I went ahead and started a case for you with a Restaurants Specialist. They'll email you as soon as they can to help troubleshoot this with you and if the issue persists&amp;nbsp;they'll escalate this issue to our engineers to investigate further.&lt;/P&gt;
