What are some upcoming Square for restaurants features?

Some requests would be:

Employee login using a card through the magstrip reader or nfc instead of the 4 digit pin on the Square for restaurant POS

Online Store being fully integrated with the Square for restaurant POS and automatically printing tickets in the kitchen

More accessibility from the the POS app (changing menu, viewing customer activity etc) What are some recent new features?

We're not able to share details about features we're working on but - when a new feature is available we'll tell you all about it! We'll post details of new features in the Product Updates section of the Community and in the What's New website. The exception to this is if we launch a beta program to test a feature. When that happens we'll pin a post to the Community homepage to invite sellers to participate.

To answer your other questions, I've already replied to your other post about using Square Restaurants and Online Store. 👍 And we're tracking the request for a way for employee login with a magstripe card over in this thread: Employee log in by swiping mag card suggestion. Click Subscribe in the top right to receive notifications any time that thread is updated.
