Square for Restaurants: Can customers order online?

Hi there, we are looking at switching to the restaurant version of square- we have been using the "normal" version for far too long. We are a walk-up counter style restaurant, currently we do not deliver but we get a lot of phone in orders. We wouldn't utilize the table settings or separate firings for tickets. Wondering if there's a way for people to order online with square for restaurants? Also, I currently pay for tracking each employee and wondering if I will have to pay a fee per employee and what the fees are with square for restaurants. Also just wondering what people's overall feelings and experience are with that version. Thank you!!

Great question @restaco! With Square for Restaurants you have a couple of options for online ordering:

Youcan create a new Square Online Store (powered by Weebly) to accept orders for pick up. You can manage orders online or from the Square for Restaurants app.
Or, if you're interested in accepting orders for delivery, Square for Restaurants integrates with delivery/pick up apps including Caviar, PostMates, DoorDash and Chowly.

The cost of Square for Restaurants depends on the number of locations and devices you are using. If you have one device and one location the cost is $60 per month. Tthere's no additional cost for employee management, you can add as many employees as you need. This Support Center article has more details about Square for Restaurants pricing.
