There is not a place to buy gift cards other than the linked store. Yes the price seems high but that is a one time fee and there is no monthly fee or loading fee etc to set the card as there is with other card suppliers and their card programs. And most importantly the cards are reusable. I have had on average a card go thru the system 3.5 times. I have a few that were destroyed and a few floating out there for the last 4 years.

I am having a hard time dishing out $1.75 for plastic gift cards - even $1.25 at a 250 quantity is very steep. Do you know of any alternate sources - the ones I have looked into says Square will not share the encoding information they need to print them. We just want to offer customers gift cards without eating all of our profit on a piece of plastic. The same vendor they use only charges half the square price and why do we pay a penalty as Square POS users, it should be a discount, not an inflated number.
