So I have learned that I can only automatically send one the daily sales report to (1) email address (your main square owner email). We have two owners and two managers. I was tired of having to forward the emails to all partners -- so I can up with a simple work around. Wish I did not have to do this....

So I set up a gmail account ie. restaurantname@gmail.com

Then I automatically forward all emails to the others from this account. The mail account is only used as a forwarding address if that makes sense.

The only issue is that I have to have this email as my main sign in, but otherwise it works.

Would also like to set other reports by user parameters to automatically be sent at the end of the day, week, month etc.

I switched from Harbor Touch POS which has its share of faults but the reporting features and online ordering to start are much better than Square.
