Is there an Online Store dashboard that we can keep open on Ipad to monitor / action online orders?

We use square for our restaurant on an Ipad which we use as a register with a card reader and cash drawer.

Is there a separate dashboard that we can keep open on the Ipad for the online store which will allow us to mark food ready and order complete (customer picked up their food)?

Sure! The Online Store has a separate Dashboard where orders live as well. From Square Dashboard menu, click Online Store and select your site. Next you'll be taken to the site editor landing page. From the menu, click Orders to view them.

Alternatively - if you have an extra tablet to spare - sign into the POS app on it and keep the Orders tab pulled up to view and manage incoming orders. You won't be taken away from that page unless you navigate to another tab.
