Is there a way to save orders?

Hello, at our restaurant in we allow customers to call an order in before they arrive, then when they get here it will be ready for them and they pay and take their food. Is there a way we can still do this with square? Is there a way to save orders until the customer arrives, if so would there be a way to print a ticket before they arrive?

Hey there, @IC134 -

It sounds like you would benefit from using our Tickets function on your Point of Sale app.

This would allow you to take those orders and save them until the customer arrives.
