Edit Location information on Order Now page

I don't have the Location Information settings available as shown in this help article. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6861-create-an-order-online-page-with-square-online-store

You can see that I don't have any way to edit the Estimated Delivery Time. I want to completely remove that at the top of the Order page. When I hover over the Location Name section, I'm not able to click or edit.

We had a Square Online site before the new rollout. Do we need to recreate our Online site? How can I update these settings?
