Is there a way to select a time for pickup when a customer places an online order for a restaurant?

When someone orders online it is set for pick up in an hour. Can i change this for each customer depending on how busy we are and the ticket times we are running?

Also is there a way to accept the order instead of it going straight to the kitchen when a customer places their order online?

Although customers can schedule their pick up time, you aren't able to schedule for them.

However, during your business time, you might be interested in enabling Order Staggering limit if the amount of incoming orders.

As for your last question - you'll need to disable automatically print new orders in Printer Settings:
