Hello All, I am having an issue trying to figure this out. I am using Square for restaurants in a Bar/Lounge setting. I would like to know if there is a way to have 2 cash drawers (not physical drawers) logged in at one time. I would like to be able to have one bartender pull her drawer, have the second shift bartender log in their drawer and continue sales while the original bartender counts down her drawer and then ends it for her shift. I can't find a way to start a second drawer without closing the first. Any suggestions?

It's not currently possible to have two cash drawers open at the same time when using one device, @eoluke1013. I reached out to our Restaurants team for tips, and they did have a bit of advice!

One thing you could try is to have the first bartender end the drawer, get the report, and count it down in the back. Then, they can head into Drawer History under Cash Management and record the Actual in Drawer amount. I hope this helps!
