Report question: Can I get a report that tells me about the deposits made?

Here's my question: Can I generate a report that tells me what's included in the deposits Square sends to my account?

I need to match up deposits to sales, and since EOM October sales may not appear until early November, I need to be able to spell out which deposits are from which sales dates (for both gross and net sales).

Anyone have a thought on this?

You will need to be logged into your online dashboard on a computer or web browser and you can export this report to an excel spreadsheet. It can be quite large so make sure you put in the date or couple dates you need. Now the report is every single transaction which may not be what you need exactly, but you can sort and filter and with a little macro editing you can make the report give you the exact info you need. Otherwise from the main screen there you can match up the deposits by simply clicking on the day. Printed it just isn't as simple as you might like, but it does work if you need granular detail.
