Customers Order from Table

I run three fast casual restaurants and I am looking for a solution for customers to place orders from their table. The orders would come to the kitchen with the table number and be brought to their table.

I use a company with another concept where customers scan a QR code, which takes them to the menu and automatically labels their table number. What does Square offer for this?

Hello @stripp !

Square offers this through its Online environment. I've been using it for about a month now and it has been working very well.

Hi @stripp

Tipping for self-service orders is the same for all online orders. To configure tipping:

Online store dashboard -> Settings -> Pickup & Delivery

Click the Advanced Settings button in the top right. Enable Order Tipping then set your preferences.

On checkout the customer will have whatever percentage you designate here automatically added to the bill as a tip. They have the option to change it.
