      <title>Square KDS feature request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i am requesting an important missing feature.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I currently have a kds set up as the following&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1 kds for appetizers&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1 kds for entrees&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;when a customer places an order with for example: 2 appetizers 2 entrees&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;a ticket will display showing apps&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;and a ticket will display on the second kds showing entrees simultaneously.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;my feature request having an option so that the entrees do not appear on the second kds until the appetizers have been completed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I hope this makes sense and I’m in the correct forum for this. Thank you for reading this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;KDS FEATURE REQUEST!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ticket time prioritization&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;for example:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;currently&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Ticket 1:&amp;nbsp;Square online order;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;comes in at 6pm and needs to be completed by 7pm&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ticket 2: QR self serve order;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;comes in at 6:05pm, needs to be completed by 6:20pm&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ticket 3: square online order; comes in at 6:10, needs to be completed by 6:30pm&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;request that tickets get placed into kds based on required completion time and not order processed time.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;so in a perfect would the ticket order would be&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2&amp;gt;3&amp;gt;1&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;because when we have 30 tickets and they all have different completion times. It’s a serious pain in the butt to make the orders in the correct completion time request.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
