Cannot turn off curbside option - still want pickup available.

Hello, we are unable to turn off just curbside pickup in the pickup section online. We still want to allow Pickup orders, just not curbside. The instructions state to put a phone number in to enable, yet we have not put in a phone to enable it in the first place. I delete and re-add the location without a phone number and the curbside pickup option is still available - no phone number has been entered. The curbside pickup option is turned on, but we are not able to select it to turn it off. Is the phone number being picked up from somewhere else? Thanks.

@diedtric - eek, I asked our Square Online Team and they're not exactly sure. Can you bulk edit your the Items Tab > filter by Pickup > Select all items > click the bulk edit feature up top, then disable pick up. After that's done, reenable pickup with out curbside.

I know that seems like a round about way, but it's worth a try since you're unable to turn off curbside.

If you'll like someone to walk you through this, reach out to our Square Online Team. They'll also be able to surface your issue with Engineering to figure out why the curbside toggle is giving your trouble.

Following up on this issue. There is a setting inside of the Pickup & Delivery that states you need to enter a phone number to enable pickup. We have a phone number entered, just not in that area. Somehow Pickup was enabled for us when we started online about a year ago but without a phone number in this particular setting. Our store numbers are entered elsewhere and since it was working (with the exception of being able to turn off curbside) - there was confusion about which phone number entry box controls this setting. Found the phone entry, entered it and the pickup Curbside pickup button was enabled to be shut off. So our problem is solved. Thank you for the assistance!
