    <description>&lt;P&gt;We sell cooked-to-order food at a local farmer's market that can take between 3-5 minutes during normal volume and more when it's really busy. We use Restaurant POS to take orders and a Square Kitchen Display at the grill to fulfill orders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to configure the POS screen to display some sort of order fulfillment time average, so the person taking orders can tell the customer to better manage their expectations? Also the ability to text a customer when their order is ready would help here too. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jason&lt;/P&gt;</description>
