    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm frustrated by this, too. We found that if we print tickets, we still have the capability of capturing the customer's name, and it displays on the KDS ticket as well. I came here hoping that we simply hadn't figured out where the proper settings were, but ashc's reply makes me believe it's not possible for some reason. I hope they fix this soon, as I'd really like to eliminate the wasted cost of printed tickets now that we're using KDS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We just upgraded from FreshKDS to Square KDS and the register is no longer prompting to enter a name for the ticket and/or grabbing name from Credit card.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a bug since FreshKDS used to use a "printer" for kitchen tickets and Square KDS does not&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So no names are printed on tickets&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it is a bug. As you can see they advertise it as a feature. Just look at the image in their website.
