    <description>&lt;P&gt;I understand that if caller is calling from mobile phone, after selecting the items and proceed to pay, the caller will get a text with a payment link, what if the caller is calling from landline phone ? how SoundHound send payment link? through emails?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is a great question. If a caller calls from a landline we offer a call center back up. The call is sent to the call center and the order is processed.&amp;nbsp; So no matter what, it's covered.&amp;nbsp; In this case though not via AI.&amp;nbsp; This is a small percent of orders that come from a landline.&amp;nbsp; Feel free to reach out to us with any more questions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most of the items of our Online-Order have a text modider field where customer can write their special requests (like spicy level, etc.). This is a free style, meaning they can write anything and we do our best to cook for them. How is possible in SoundHound&amp;nbsp; to do&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this special request at the item-level or at the whole-order level? thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
