I did the KDS trial and we are not going to be moving forward as a company at this time due to some set backs, how do we cancel before we get charged?

You can go here on your dashboard: Account & Settings -> Business information -> Pricing & subscriptions

Click the Manage button beside any service you no longer wish to subscribe to.
