    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having problems recently with tickets remaining open after they've been paid. As in, a ticket will be paid with a credit card or cash and is closed out (verified through the transactions tab) but the ticket remains on the screen as unpaid. Is there a glitch in the app causing this? This just started happening recently, I've been using the system since last fall.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
