Is there a way to add timers to items?

Is it possible to add timers to items? For example, if a burger takes 10 minutes to cook, and fries take 3 minutes, can we add a timer to them that will hold the fries until 7 minutes after the burger and then automatically fire?

Hey 21ECV,

That's a really interesting question for sure. I don't believe Square has any features at the current time that would do what you have in mind. I'm sure one of the moderators may have some thoughts however, I'm thinking what you have in mind is a custom application. There are some 3rd party time tracking services that I have seen however, I'm not sure how or if they integrate with a POS system - here's a link to one system that does time tracking in a commercial kitchen environment for various tasks.
