thread In-Mall Scheduled Orders in Orders, Menu Items, Catalog & Fulfilment

We are located in a very large shopping Mall. I would like to offer in mall delivery. Ideally, the mall employees would put in their orders online, pay via square (obviously) and we would deliver their order directly to their store.

I'd like to create a website or square subsite that handles this, but also sets "time slots" for delivery to keep us from getting overwhelmed.

For example, an order comes in at 10am, they are given delivery options of 12-1230 1230-1 1-130 etc etc. But if we have a limit of 5 deliveries per time slot, that time slot becomes unavailable.

I AM SURE that there is something in square that already does this. Any help in the right direction would be appreciated!
