&lt;P&gt;From the Permission settings, you'll want to make sure "delete or void saved items in open tickets" is not selected. As for reassigning tables to a different server, I believe they can do this &lt;I&gt;without&lt;/I&gt; having "view all open tickets for all team members" selected.&lt;/P&gt;
