Pre-Order question/feature request

I have whole-cake section which each cake may take 2 days to make.

Each cake requires at least 2 days in advanced to make.

I tried to enable to make the cake as pre-order item, but couldn't find

a way to set as such. Pre-order item can only be set a specific date or date range.

I also have the scheduling enabled which customer can set a date for pickup/delivery.

But customers don't use this at all.

To the Square team, can you suggest any or add to the feature-request list?
