Details on when a check was opened and what time items were added

Hello -

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to look up a details of a transaction that include:

What time the check was opened?

All actions for that check (adding items, etc.)?

Total time the check was opened?

So far as I can tell, there is only what time the check was closed.
