    <description>&lt;P&gt;If a customer deleted their email with their e-gift card is there a way to get it back somehow? IT is not in spam, deleted or any other folders. They haven't redeemed it yet, so I cannot go back in transactions. thank you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Great question! You can send the eGift Card email from the Purchase transaction. If by they haven't redeemed it you mean that they scheduled the card for a later date, then that would mean that they will not receive the email until the scheduled yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
