Low Stock Notification Email Timing

Is there a way to change the timing of the Low Stock email? Instead of it sending at the beginning of the day, I'd like to change it to the end of the day after close. That way, my baker knows what is needed that night or the next day.

It's not possible at this time to change when you receive it, however, this would be a great idea for the Ideate boards!
