    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/210793"&gt;@3bird&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues.&amp;nbsp; I think I have seen this in the past as well and what I did to remedy it was;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I power cycled the Stand/Register by disconnecting and reconnecting the power.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I rebooted the IPad.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I disconnected and reconnected the wi-fi.&amp;nbsp; It's possible I might have "forgotten" the wi-fi and then reconnected it.&amp;nbsp; I'm not 100% certain if I did this or not, but I might have so I'm mentioning that as well.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, when I got back in to the app things were working as expected.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I'm not certain this will solve your issue or not but wanted to pass my experience along to help you in case it does.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regardless, Tech Support should get back to you and hopefully address it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Recently square will not process a customer cc refund from the original receipt.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently Square for retail won’t process customer cc returns from a receipt. &amp;nbsp;We get error code of “in progress ” and “unable to process”. &amp;nbsp;To fix I had to uninstall square for retail and reinstall. &amp;nbsp;This is a brand new iPad and stand and both the iPad and square are in auto update so we were operating latest iOS 18 w latest square. &amp;nbsp;Anyone else having issues ?? I put in a help ticket w square.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
